Chris and his team completed our entire basement addition, and we truly couldn't be more grateful for the work they did. His crew was fantastic to work with — showed up early each day, super friendly to the kids, and always cleaned up the space before they left. Their attention to detail throughout the project gave us so much confidence that nothing was being overlooked as everything came together. Every subcontractor who worked on the project was professional, respectful of our home, and helped keep the project moving smoothly. This was by far the biggest home project we've ever taken on, and it was our first time working with Chris. I'm so glad we did! The professionalism he showed from start to finish really put my mind at ease. He was always quick to communicate project updates, found solutions whenever delays came up, and checked in often to make sure we were happy with how everything was progressing. Chris took our ideas and made them even better by suggesting thoughtful upgrades that made the finished space feel custom and fit seamlessly with the rest of our home. This is definitely the first of many projects we'll be doing with Chris and his team!

We worked with Chris to finish our attic space. It was an unusable space and Chris helped make it into beautiful, usable space. On the first visit for the project, I gave a brief outline of what we were looking for and I felt like Chris could just see the vision. At the beginning of June, we started working with a designer to address some things we wanted to change around the house. When we had the walk through and were discussing timeline, we had just planned a last minute trip to Disney. I laughed and said "we're leaving in 2 weeks for a 2 week trip to Disney and to visit my folks." The next morning I had an email that said "we think we can make it happen mostly while you're away if you feel ready to move forward" and from then on it's been all systems go. We selected and ordered all of the cabinets, counters, fixtures and finishings before we left. We took a leap of faith and gave them access to the house while we were away. In the 2 weeks we were gone, they did all the demo, moved a wall, moved the laundry upstairs, installed a shower, and installed all new kitchen cabinets and flooring. Within a week of being back we had counter tops and running water. The next week we had all of the electric in place and new light fixtures. Since then, it's been finishing work and details (including painting the ceiling in 2 additional rooms as we have an open concept main level). 6 short weeks to do a huuuge project. I never thought a project of this scope would be easy but Chris and his crew made it so. They were communicative and handled coordinating all of the subcontractors. Everyone we encountered was patient, thorough, prompt, neat, and polite. I cannot recommend them enough and we look forward to having them back soon to redo some bathrooms!

Chris and crew completely gutted and remodeled our main bath in record time!! Our bathroom went from old, outdated, and honestly yucky, to a brand new, up to date, double sink bathroom I'm proud to have people see and use!! Chris was easy to work with, easy to talk to and addressed every concern I would bring up, and I can be a little picky. He handled every question. He also brought in outside resources for me — every other contractor we talked to wanted me to blindly pick out tile and flooring on my own, but he helped me tie my bathroom dreams together!

We had water damage in our basement from a water heater. After everything was ripped out we started the process of finding a contractor to get the basement back to the livable space it was before. We found Chris and got a quote for a very reasonable price for what needed to be done. Chris was very responsive and kept us up to date on everything that was going on. He was very flexible with waiting on us as we were working with the insurance to get the money needed for the project. Once we received the money Chris got the ball rolling quickly and had the project done in a very timely fashion. Not only did they get the basement back to the livable space it was before. They made it look amazing! 10/10 experience!

The process of evaluating contractors to finish a basement is a daunting task for most homeowners. You want to make sure you find someone that is skilled, pays attention to details, prioritizes your project, but is also reasonably priced. I'm familiar with swinging hammers, running electrical, mudding and drywall, but at this scale would have taken me at least a year to complete this project on my own. That still wouldn't have guaranteed it would be done right or done at all! That's why I decided to hire a contractor to oversee the entire project and minimize my headaches. Best decision I could have made. First up let's talk about time. My wife needed about 250 sqft office for her small growing business. I needed a small office with a closet. We also added a media/family room and a bathroom. One of the issues we had was that the builders of our home used multiple posts to hold up the floor instead of one longer beam. Chris replaced this beam for us and eliminated two of the posts so we could have the exact layout we wanted. The only delay we had was no fault of Chris. Chris estimated our project to take three months from start to finish, but he showed up every day and even asked if he could work weekends to stay on schedule. He finished the project in two months beating his estimate by a significant amount. Price. This is what you are all here for. We got several quotes — some were extremely lowballed around 26k and the highest was 72k. Chris priced our project where we felt was reasonable. He is by no means the cheapest, but he was not the most expensive either... he came in just right. We believe we paid for the quality we received and are happy. Overall we are extremely happy with our basement. It was done right, finished ahead of schedule. I would absolutely recommend Chris for any of your home improvement needs.

Chris and his team were fantastic! The communication about everything during the process exceeded my expectations. We had a few other contractors come through to quote us on finishing our basement but Chris was willing to work with us on what we really needed done by them and what we were willing and capable of doing ourselves. They worked so quickly and were all so friendly. They made some great built-ins for us that I absolutely love! Shouting from the mountain tops — we love our new completed basement, done by the team of experts led by Chris. We started this venture with a few small ideas, but wanted to be sure the entire space was used with purpose. Chris met with us back in September, listened intently to our ideas and then presented us with additional considerations. These photos are the reason he's an expert and I just watch HGTV for fun. Over the last few short months, the team executed the plan flawlessly and was flexible with some changes along the way. Those who know me, know I get new ideas on the daily. The space includes a large family room, custom built bar and hall tree with bench, full bathroom, sauna room and hide-away storage area (approx 1200 sq ft). Today is the end of our project. The crew who has become part of our daily family packed it all up and are off to their next project. I'm trying to think of more projects to bring them back. Chris and his team just completed their third project at my house over the past five years. I literally will not let anyone else do any work on my place. Most recently he replaced all the flooring on my first floor. We ran into issues because of a bad subfloor and Chris explained everything and laid out my options so I could make the best decision.
